The Opportunity

We’re seeking a skilled and driven iPaaS Integration Engineer to serve as the technical backbone of Dynatron’s connected enterprise systems. This role is responsible for designing, building, and operating the automated integration workflows that connect our core business platforms across Sales, Finance, HR, Product, and Customer Operations.

You will lead the selection, architecture, and implementation of an iPaaS solution and build scalable, secure integrations that ensure data integrity, operational efficiency, and real-time visibility across the organization. This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who thrives in complex system environments and takes ownership of end-to-end integration delivery.

What You’ll Do

iPaaS Platform Selection & Architecture

• Participate in the evaluation and selection of an iPaaS platform that best supports Dynatron’s current and future integration needs.
• Lead the technical architecture and implementation of the selected iPaaS solution.
• Establish integration standards, patterns, and best practices.

Integration Design & Development

• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure integration workflows connecting enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, HR, and customer platforms.
• Develop integration processes (“recipes,” “flows,” or “pipelines”) to synchronize data across systems including Salesforce or Sugar CRM, Oracle NetSuite, Paycom, and future platforms.
• Implement robust data transformations and mappings to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.

Automation & Business Enablement

• Build automated workflows supporting employee onboarding and offboarding by integrating HR systems with downstream applications.
• Enable 360-degree customer visibility by connecting decentralized Sales, Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Finance systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into reliable technical integrations.

API & Data Management

• Design and manage REST and SOAP APIs across internal and third-party systems.
• Handle complex data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms (OAuth, API keys, etc.).

Monitoring, Reliability & Operations

• Proactively monitor integration health and performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve failed workflows through root-cause analysis.
• Implement error-handling strategies including retries, alerts, logging, and escalation paths.
• Optimize integrations for performance and high-volume data transfers.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Produce clear technical documentation, diagrams, and runbooks for integrations.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, Finance, HR, Customer Success, and IT teams.

What You Bring

Technical Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Dell Boomi, Tray.io).
• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, APIs, and asynchronous workflows.

Platform & Integration Expertise

• Deep familiarity with ERP and CRM platforms such as Oracle NetSuite, Salesforce or Sugar CRM, Jira, and customer support or success tools.
• Strong knowledge of web services (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML, CSV), and SQL for data analysis and validation.

Problem Solving & Execution

• Proven ability to debug complex integration workflows and manage failure scenarios.
• Experience designing resilient error-handling and monitoring strategies.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability for system reliability.

Communication & Documentation

• Ability to create clear technical diagrams (UML or similar) and operational documentation.
• Comfortable collaborating across functions and explaining technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active iPaaS certifications (e.g., Boomi Associate Developer, MuleSoft Certified Developer, Workato Automation Pro).
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Groovy for custom integration logic.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with two-week sprint cycles.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $115,000 – $125,000
