Senior Certinia PSA Architect & Developer

M&S Consulting is a dynamic technology and business solutions firm specializing in digital transformation, cloud solutions, and enterprise services. We are seeking a Senior Certinia PSA Architect & Developer  to join our team and play a key role in delivering innovative solutions to our clients.

Role Overview
As a Senior Certinia PSA Architect & Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) Professional Services Automation (PSA) solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to architect scalable solutions, develop configurations and customizations, and ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications. While OIM experience is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, configure, and develop Certinia PSA solutions to optimize resource management, project tracking, and financial operations.
• Lead end-to-end PSA implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and best practices.
• Customize PSA functionalities through declarative tools, workflows, and Apex development where needed.
• Provide technical leadership, guiding best practices for PSA usage, data structure, and reporting.
• Develop and document solution architectures, system integrations, and data migration strategies.
• Work with Salesforce and Certinia applications, ensuring seamless integrations across platforms.
• Support performance optimization, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Certinia PSA.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that drive business efficiency.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, PSA implementation, and solution design.
• Deep expertise in Certinia PSA – configuration, optimization, and customization.
• Strong understanding of project management, resource planning, time tracking, and financial processes within PSA.
• Experience integrating Certinia PSA with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications.
• Hands-on experience with Certinia PSA development, including workflows, automation, and Apex customization.
• Ability to lead client workshops, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical mindset, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Certinia OIM (Order & Inventory Management) is a plus.
• Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Flows) is a plus.
• Certifications in Certinia PSA, Salesforce, or related technologies.
• Experience with multi-cloud integrations and API management.
