Senior Business Analyst

Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will lead business requirements development and collaborate closely with VA stakeholders and technical teams to ensure program needs are clearly defined and translated into actionable solutions. The Senior Business Analyst plays a critical role in driving clarity, supporting user acceptance activities, and enabling successful delivery within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements analysis with exceptional attention to detail. 
• Facilitate discussions with VA business owners and technical teams. 
• Prepare process maps, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 
• Support User acceptance testing (UAT) planning, execution, and defect triage. 
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve system usability and business processes. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years in healthcare or federal analysis  
• Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely

All candidates must be able to:

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
