Engineer (Data/Analytics Engineer)

Overview

Ansible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is seeking an experienced Data / Analytics Engineer to support the VHA Veteran Family Member Program (VFMP) Modernization initiative. In this role, you will design, build, and optimize data pipelines and analytics platforms that enable reliable, secure, and scalable data solutions across VFMP programs. The Engineer plays a critical role in supporting analytics, reporting, and automation efforts by partnering with VA stakeholders within a complex federal healthcare modernization environment.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain data pipelines and workflows. 
• Support analytics, modeling, and visualization efforts. 
• Ensure data integrity, security, and alignment with VA architecture standards. 
• Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance. 
• Provide proactive recommendations to enhance data automation and reliability. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree  
• 5+ years in analytics, data engineering, and visualization tools such as Azure and Databricks 
• Ability to work without sponsorship in the US indefinitely

All candidates must be able to:

• Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shift
• Lift up to 50 lbs from floor to waist
• Lift up to 20 lbs
• Carry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distance
• Push/pull with 30 lbs of force
