Roles & Responsibilities

  • Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, including hands-on work with RT-CDP and at least one of CJA, AJO, or Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI).
  • Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
  • 3+ years' experience with backend technologies (Python, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST) and data modeling with SQL.
  • Experience with AWS/Salesforce CRM and Marketo; ability to load data into/out of CDP from Data Lake/Salesforce and marketing orchestration systems.

Requirements:

  • Work as a core member of the AEP Delivery Team to design, develop, and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences with AEP onshore teams and product stakeholders.
  • Build XDM schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configure sources and destinations, and create segments and queries per defined use cases.
  • Integrate AEP solutions (RT-CDP, CJA, AJO) with Adobe Experience Cloud to drive end-to-end customer journeys and use cases.
  • Evaluate new product features, conduct POCs, and build AI-enabled solutions using Data Science workspace, Attribution AI, and Customer AI within AEP.

Overview:

Blue Acorn iCi is seeking a contract AEP Engineer to join our delivery team. The candidate will be responsible to work with Business, DevOps, and Architecture teams to successfully deliver complex cross-functional projects.


Responsibilities:

  • Work as a core member of AEP Delivery Team and collaborate with AEP onshore, product management, marketing, and fellow technologists to design, develop and deliver frictionless multi-channel experiences.
  • Build XDM schemas for batch and streaming datasets, configure Source and Destination connectors, build Segments and queries as per defined use cases.
  • Build profile identity stitching and applying data governance and security policies in regulated industry like Financial Services.
  • Integrate AEP and its application solutions i.e. Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions to drive the users cases.
  • Evaluate new product features, conduct POC’s and help evaluate how they can be used to drive Use cases.
  • Build solutions leveraging the AI capabilities of AEP using Data Science workspace, Attribution AI and Customer AI.
  • Participate in user story analysis, elaboration, and design. Thrives to ensure code quality is high with supporting unit test and automation.
  • Employ industry best practices to deliver world-class solutions. Ensure developed solutions remain compliant with all applicable Prudential standards
  • Drive software development activities to meet schedules and timelines
  • Research problems discovered by QA or product support and develop solutions to the problems
  • Ensure that software standards and quality targets are met
  • Position may have travel requirements of 10-15%.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Adobe Experience Platform and hands on experience on RTCDP and one or more key modules of CJA, AJO and Intelligence Services (Data Science, Customer AI, Attribution AI)
  • Understanding of AEP APIs and deployment processes.
  • Possess excellent software architecture, design and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD.
  • Knowledge of platforms AWS/Salesforce CRM and Marketo.
  • 3+ years’ experience with Big Data/cloud platforms or Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • 3+ years’ experience with backend technologies including Python, Java, J2EE, Tomcat, REST
  • Experience designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions for the cloud.
  • Experience with loading data in and out of CDP from Data Lake/Salesforce and marketing orchestration systems.
  • 3+ years’ experience with data modeling, table design, data mapping to table structures, event driven implementation and advance knowledge of working with SQL
  • 3+ years’ experience with Adobe Experience Platform or similar CDP
  • Knowledge of using XDM, Attribution AI, Customer AI, DMP & CJA
  • 2+ years’ experience with building omni-channel personalization implementation.
  • Extremely proficient in using Postman API platform and one of the IDEs like Eclipse, IntelliJ or Microsoft Visual Studio
  • Working experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Launch, Adobe Marketo Engage or Adobe Campaign.
  • Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Artifactory, SonarQube, Selenium, Jenkins is highly desirable
  • Experience with monitoring and logging techniques and tools such as CloudWatch, Nagios, Splunk and Dynatrace etc.,
  • Adobe Certified Expert RT-CDP Expert certification in AEP would be a huge plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science



 

The US average contract hourly pay range for this full-time position is $65 - $85/hour. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, but they are subject to change based on the following factors: role, experience level, education/certification, job-related skills, and working location. Please note that some states within the US have pay/hiring laws that may affect the salary range listed above.
