Roles & Responsibilities

Democracy and governance: Civic participation and institutional strengthening
Inclusive development: Work with refugees/IDPs, people with disabilities, other marginalized groups
Mental health and psychosocial support: Integration of trauma-informed approaches

Consultants may provide technical expertise and strategic guidance; conduct research, assessments, and evaluations; develop training curricula and learning products; facilitate workshops; or design programs.

Assignments may be short- or long-term, depending on project needs and client requirements, and be remote or require travel to specific locations.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates should meet the following criteria:

At least 5 years of experience in a relevant sector
Extensive experience collaborating with international development organizations or donor/funding agencies
Strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in both written and verbal formats
Proven ability to work both independently and within cross-cultural, multidisciplinary teams
Proficiency in English (proficiency in additional widely spoken languages is a plus)
