Strong experience as an SAP PTP / Procurement Consultant, preferably within transformation or separation projects.

We are seeking a skilled PTP – Procurement Consultant to support a large-scale organizational separation project. The initiative involves dividing the company into two independent business divisions, requiring substantial adjustments to procurement processes and SAP PTP functionalities to ensure a smooth and compliant transition. The consultant will play a key role in analyzing, restructuring, and implementing procurement processes aligned with the new organizational model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on SAP Procure-to-Pay (PTP) processes within the context of a corporate carve-out.
Analyze existing procurement workflows and redesign them to support the structure and needs of two newly separated divisions.
Support SAP system configuration related to purchasing, vendor management, pricing, and procurement approvals.
Collaborate with stakeholders across business, finance, and supply chain to map requirements and ensure proper alignment.
Manage master data adjustments related to suppliers, purchasing info records, and procurement-related materials.
Contribute to testing cycles including SIT and UAT, and support cutover and go-live activities.
Ensure compliance with corporate procurement standards and help mitigate operational and process-related risks.
