• Relentlessly Resourceful & AI-Driven (The 80/20 Mindset): You leverage AI tools and semi-automated workflows as a force multiplier to manage a vast portfolio of sites single-handedly. You have an uncanny ability to identify and prioritize the 20% of activities that drive 80% of the profit growth.
• Profit-First Acquisition Discipline: You manage clean paid traffic campaigns with the discipline of a trader, optimizing the spread between cost and revenue to ensure immediate profitability. You aggressively scale winning campaigns and ruthlessly cut underperformers to maximize your ROAS.
• Full-Stack Monetization Architect: You take full ownership of the on-site experience, tweaking layouts and navigation to maximize yield from display ads, affiliate offers and RSOC feeds. You are versatile enough to build and iterate on-site structures yourself, optimizing every user flow for maximum revenue.
• Owner’s Mentality: You treat the company’s capital as your own, operating with full autonomy to unlock new revenue streams. You thrive in an environment where your compensation is uncapped and directly tied to the profitable traffic you scale.

Your core expertise & skills

• Paid Traffic Operations: Deep experience in Google Ads (Search & Discovery) and Meta Ads is essential. Experience with other buying platforms is a strong plus.
• Yield & Session Optimization: Native fluency in Session RPM, Page RPM, and ROAS. Experience conducting A/B tests on ad placements, pagination logic, and navigation to increase the value of every user session.
• AI-Augmented Content Workflows: Advanced proficiency with LLMs and other automation tools to generate SEO-friendly content and ad creatives at scale with human in the loop workflows.
