3+ years in a technical role supporting Sales/RevOps (e.g., Integrations Engineer or Backend Engineer with a Sales CRM focus)
Strong coding skills in Python or JavaScript/Node.js for external scripting
Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Zapier, Make, Workato)
Fluent English (C1/C2) with ability to communicate with global stakeholders
Requirements:
Own the technical configuration and development of the core revenue stack (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, 6sense)
Develop custom automation scripts (Apex, JavaScript, Python) to handle complex workflows beyond what out-of-the-box tools offer
Build and maintain API connections (REST/webhooks) between CRM, marketing automation, and product data to ensure a single source of truth
Evaluate and select tools; lead buy vs. build decisions and serve as the technical owner of the RevOps stack

About the Role: We are looking for a technical builder to own the architecture and automation of our "Lead-to-Cash" engine. In addition to managing our CRM, you will be writing the code, building the integrations, and designing the systems that power our revenue growth. You will report to the VP of Rev Ops & ensure that our tech stack is able to power the automations, AI fluency & data structure to support a best-in-class revenue function.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
System Architecture: Own the technical configuration and development of our core revenue stack (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Zapier, 6sense).
Custom Development: Write scripts (Apex, JavaScript, Python) to automate complex workflows that out-of-the-box tools cannot handle
Integrations: Build and maintain API connections (REST/webhooks) between our CRM, marketing automation, and product data to ensure a "single source of truth."
Tool Evaluation: Vet and implement new tools; act as the technical lead for buying vs. building decisions.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements):
