Buscamos un/a TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER para proyecto internacional. Será responsable de dar soporte a las operaciones técnicas de las aplicaciones y garantizar una comunicación eficaz entre los equipos internos y las partes interesadas externas.
El puesto implica realizar actividades estándar de TAM, supervisar el estado del sistema y ayudar en la gestión de incidencias y cambios para mantener la calidad del servicio y la eficiencia operativa.

🔍 ¿Qué buscamos?:

FUNCIONES
  • Acts as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Performs standard Technical Account Management (TAM) operations.
  • Works on incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in alignment with client requirements.
  • Conducts health checks for systems to ensure stability and performance.
  • Ensures deliverables meet established quality standards.
  • Provides support for TAM activities related to VDI, SAP, batch job scheduling and maintenance, and non-SAP applications.
  • Develops and maintains standardized run books to support operational consistency.

IMPRESCINDIBLE
  • 4–5 years of experience in technical application operations.
  • Knowledge of system interfaces and integration.
  • Proficiency in TAM activities and related processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Leadership capabilities in collaborative environments.
  • Automation skills considered an advantage.
  • Experience with web servers: IIS, Tomcat, and Apache.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems: Windows and Unix.
  • RESIDENCIA EN ESPAÑA
DESEABLE
  • Ability to perform basic operations with databases: SQL and MariaDB (desirable, not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of container technologies: Docker (desirable, not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management frameworks.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining operational documentation.
     
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
  • English: Minimum level B2.
  • French: Basic level (desirable, not mandatory).
