6–10+ years of overall IT experience with 3+ years as a Scrum Master in technical teams.
Strong hands-on experience working with software development teams (web, cloud, APIs, microservices).
Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
