Requirements:

  • Develop integrated marketing strategies to build interest in the CrossFit brand and drive gym and course growth, including customer activation programs and content to engage existing communities and attract new customers.
  • Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across various channel touchpoints and manage multiple projects to meet deadlines and deliverables.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (GYM, EDU, product, creative, social) and external partners to ensure aligned messaging and maximize opportunities, and build relationships with agencies and influencers.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance and market insights against KPIs, adjusting strategies to achieve objectives and inform product marketing for educational courses.

Job description

 
The Integrated Marketing Manager, GYM & EDU (affiliate gym and educational course support) will be responsible for coordinating and executing a broad range of deliverables by working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will be a skilled operator with a true passion for CrossFit, and will be excited to roll up their sleeves and jump into strategic and detail-oriented work to support brand campaigns, marketing communications and content for our affiliate gym network as well as lead the product marketing for our educational courses.
 
Reporting into our Director of Integrated Marketing and working closely with the GYM and EDU teams, this role will project manage initiatives from ideation through to launch, demonstrating both analytical acumen and creative skills. By building on the value proposition of CrossFit, this key role will work cross-functionally to drive the CrossFit brand forward.
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:            
      Strategic Planning:
      Develop integrated marketing strategies to build interest in the CrossFit brand– specifically driving gyms and courses forward.
      Create customer activation programs and content that drive engagement with our existing community and growth with new customers.
      Campaign Development and Execution:
      Execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channel touchpoints.
      Manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing deadlines/deliverables.
      Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      Collaborate with internal teams, including GYM and EDU, product, creative, social and more, to ensure alignment in messaging and execution across all marketing channels.
      Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers to maximize collaboration opportunities.
      Analytics
      Identify industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights in the fitness landscape that can drive new opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
      Track and analyze campaign performance against KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve objectives.
 
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL:
      5+ years experience working on marketing campaigns.
      Experience creating multi-channel marketing strategies and plans.
      Experience working with a PR agency.
      Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives at once.
      Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to balance differing priorities across teams.
      The discipline, flexibility, and self-starter mentality required to work as part of a high-performing team
