2-4 years in operations, logistics, fulfillment, or e-commerce with a track record of improving processes
Data-driven with experience tracking metrics, running experiments, and using results to guide decisions
Tech-savvy with strong proficiency in HubSpot and project management tools and advanced Google Sheets/Excel skills
Collaborative and able to work effectively across Sales, Success, Support, and Product teams
Requirements:
Coordinate daily workflow in HubSpot for 21 listing specialists, balance workload, prioritize high-value sellers and time-sensitive submissions, monitor productivity, escalate issues, and coordinate onboarding with Sales
Lead throughput optimization by identifying inefficiencies, implementing workflow improvements to increase listings per hour, reducing manual data manipulation, and streamlining brand creation (100-200 new brands per week); test new tools and scale successful approaches
Create and maintain SOPs for common listing scenarios and edge cases; document workflow improvements and train the team; track key metrics and build dashboards for real-time visibility; report trends and improvement opportunities to leadership
Provide feedback to Product/Engineering on AI tool performance and feature needs; test tools and processes, measure impact, and scale what works

The Product Ingestion Team Lead coordinates a distributed team of 21 overseas listing specialists who prepare seller inventory for distribution across eBay, Poshmark, Shop Premium Outlets, and other sales channels. You'll manage daily work assignments, optimize workflows to increase throughput, and build processes that scale our operations efficiently. This is a hands-on operational role perfect for someone with strong process improvement instincts who wants ownership of meaningful outcomes. You'll work closely with the Director of Support and have autonomy to test ideas, implement improvements, and drive measurable results. This role reports to the Director of Support and partners cross-functionally with Sales, Success, Product, and the Brand team.
