1-3 years of experience in mortgage lending, preferably with DSCR loans
Strong working knowledge of loan documentation, loan file structures, and intake workflows
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce) and loan origination systems; experience with LendingWise is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Requirements:
Manage loan transitions from quote status to intake, ensuring priority and accuracy
Monitor the loan intake queue and initiate file setup based on submission dates; coordinate with appraisal specialists, processors, and the operations team to ensure timely progress
Review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy; set up digital folders and input key borrower and entity information into the LOS
Send and follow up on initial document requests; track follow-ups using status dashboards and escalate delays as needed
