3-4 years of experience expanding broker business in non-QM products; 5+ years in the mortgage industry
Bachelor’s degree in business or finance preferred; relevant experience also valued
Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own pipeline and consistently deliver results
Expertise in non-QM products, mortgage lending regulations, and industry best practices

Close $5MM+ in monthly volume by structuring creative deals in collaboration with brokers

DFS is thriving in the competitive mortgage landscape, showing consistent quarterly growth and a current origination volume of $70MM per month.
