Roles & Responsibilities

Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience with at least three (3) years in a lead role on a project site
Experience on industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects preferred
Willingness to travel nationwide
Strong foundational knowledge of construction management principles and builder expertise (constructability) tailored to trades and scopes of work

Requirements:

Owns and manages the project schedule, including creation, interpretation, implementation, and communication, using FCC standard scheduling tools (phasing plans, visual schedules, critical path, OPS, production tracking) to meet milestones
Oversees scheduling, production, logistics, quality, and safety on assigned projects; promotes lean construction practices
Participates in project buy-out meetings with subcontractors and vendors; analyzes scope and contractual commitments; supports risk, cost, and change management
Partners with project management to identify schedule and cost impacts of changes and participates in project reviews and presentations to owners and key stakeholders

Job description

Superintendent | Minimum of five (5) years of commercial or industrial construction experience, with at least three (3) of those years as a lead role on a project site. Industrial, distribution, manufacturing, and/or cold storage projects experienced are preferred. Willing to travel nationwide.
