Minimum 3 years of interpreting experience; national or state interpreter certification such as CHI, CMI, NIC, CI/CT, or VQAS (if available in your language).
Fluency in English and Bosnian with fluency test results to provide.
40+ hours of interpreter training and knowledge of medical, educational, and social services terminology in source and target language.
Proficiency with computer technology and work setup: working computer meeting required specs, headset, dedicated high-speed internet, and ability to maintain a confidential, quiet call environment; strong interpersonal, customer service, time management and basic computer skills.
Requirements:
