Controller - SSF

Overview:

A high-growth franchise platform is seeking a hands-on Controller to lead all aspects of accounting and financial reporting.

This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape the financial foundation of a rapidly expanding company operating across multiple locations throughout the U.S.

Location: Remote 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Maintain and strengthen internal controls

• Collaborate directly with company leadership and ownership to support strategic growth

• Provide financial insights to guide decision-making across the business

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience in accounting, preferably in a multi-entity or multi-site environment

• Strong understanding of GAAP and internal controls

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset
