Bizycorp is a fast-growing international digital marketing company supporting medical professionals across the United States and Canada. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and performance-driven Associate to join our Local Citations & Backlinks Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, optimize, and manage local citation profiles across various directories and platforms.
  • Execute backlink strategies by identifying opportunities and building high-quality links to client websites.
  • Thoroughly review all work before submission to ensure it meets internal quality standards and client expectations.
  • Manage 30–40 client accounts while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Maintain internal ticketing systems and tracking sheets with real-time updates on task progress.
  • Support senior management with reports and meeting preparation.
  • Handle and respond to client inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly - often under tight deadlines

 


SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Prior experience in SEO, local citations, or link building preferred.
  • Experience with ticketing or task management systems.
  • Proficiency in using Google Search Console
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable communicating updates to internal teams and clients if required.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts under tight deadlines.
  • Calm, solution-oriented mindset under pressure.
 

WORK HOURS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • You must cover 8 hours per work day and cover 40 hours per standard work week (Monday to Friday) 
  • You will be required to cover 8 hours anytime between 6:30 AM and 11:30 PM.
  • While employed with Bizycorp, you must have a calm and quiet work environment, a dedicated device (desktop or laptop), and a headset (with microphone) to conduct your work. 
  • You can not use a tablet or mobile to carry out tasks.
  • A high-speed and stable internet connection is sufficient to have a stable video meeting via Zoom.
  • Your work device must have Zoom, Chrome and Firefox, Slack, Antivirus Software, and a Mail Client (Outlook, Thunderbird, Mac Mail, etc.) pre-installed. If hired, the company will require you to install other software as and when required.
  • You can not be employed for another company while employed under Bizycorp.

  • Monthly remuneration - Starting from: 80,000LKR (Inclusive of Basic + Fixed allowances). 
  • You will be eligible for a probation confirmation increment after 06 months. (Conditions apply).
