Interpreter certification (RID – CDI).
Understanding of Deaf culture and current pedagogical trends, plus strong interpersonal skills when working with Deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.
Proficient computer skills (word processing, spreadsheets, email, electronic scheduling, and internet) and excellent written communication; ability to work independently and in a team.

American Sign Language (ASL) - US-Based Interpreter
Language: American Sign Language (ASL) We are currently looking for ASL interpreter. An ASL interpreter will provides sign language interpretation services in a variety of settings, including working with a variety of individuals who are deaf, deafened, hard of hearing and/or oral, empowering individuals to advocate for themselves and their needs.
Candidate Qualifications:
Fluency in English and American Sign Language (ASL)
Minimum 1 year interpretation experience preferred

Understanding of deaf culture, social experiences of deaf and hard of hearing persons, history of education for students who have various levels of hearing loss, and current pedagogical trends for Proven interpersonal skills when working with deaf and hearing impaired persons, communication service providers, instructors and administrators

Ability to work independently and within a team
