What you will do:

• Develop accurate Revit models from point cloud data derived from laser scans.
• Produce detailed 3D models during Schematic Design (SD) and Design Development (DD) phases.
• Translate existing conditions documentation into coordinated BIM models.
• Support projects across residential (multifamily), commercial, institutional, retail, and hospitality sectors.
• Ensure models accurately reflect field conditions and align with project standards.
• Collaborate with internal production teams to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.
• Maintain precision and consistency while managing multiple modeling tasks.

What you'll need to know:

• A bachelor’s degree in architecture
• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler, including Scan-to-BIM workflows.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong proficiency in BIM modeling and Revit.
• Proven experience working from point cloud data.
• Experience working on residential projects, preferably multifamily.
• Solid understanding of SD and DD phase modeling requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
