Position Title: Remote Litigation Attorney
The Litigation Attorney will play a critical role in managing a high-value caseload, primarily focusing on personal injury cases. This position demands strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The attorney will be responsible for supervising support staff and ensuring excellent client communication. Candidates should be prepared to handle a significant number of cases while also mentoring junior team members. The firm values independent work and encourages attorneys to take the initiative to drive results.
Remote Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of 50-70 personal injury and wrongful death cases
Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
Ensure effective communication with clients and take diligent action on all matters
Prepare for and participate in trials and depositions
Work on high-value litigation cases, including trucking and motor vehicle collisions
Remote Litigation Attorney Requirements
At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
Plaintiff experience is required
Experience in taking and defending depositions
Trial preparation or trial experience is strongly preferred
Bar license in good standing within the relevant state
Experience supervising, mentoring, and coaching support staff
Ability to present case statistics during the interview process
Flexibility in working hours is preferred
