Salary Range: $20.00 - $25.00 / Hour DOE

Logistics Coordinator Responsibilities

• Track shipments and inform buyers about delivery updates and signatures
• Communicate with buyers during delivery and installation
• Schedule and manage installers in various locations
• Maintain and update installer contact and availability records
• Utilize templates for clear and professional customer communications
• Address delivery and installation issues promptly
• Share feedback and improvements with the operations team
• Coordinate shipments from China to the US and Canada
• Manage delivery logistics
• Coordinate installation, particularly for fine art
• Source and coordinate installers
  
  

Logistics Coordinator Requirements

• 1-2+ years of logistics or operations experience
• High school diploma
• Proficiency in Word and Outlook
• Experience in the retail, art, or furniture industries is preferred
