Job description

Fieldpiece is a US-based, family-owned business with a European office in the Netherlands.  We’ve been supplying HVACR professionals with rugged, feature-rich tools like meters, manifolds, leak detectors, and more since 1990.  We’ve been in Europe since 2020 and have an excellent opportunity to grow and earn market share. 

In this role, you’ll serve as the face of Fieldpiece in your territory - driving revenue, growing market share, and building trusted relationships with distributors and HVACR professionals. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation through order fulfillment and after-sales support. This position requires up to 80% travel to meet with partners, attend events, deliver product demonstrations, and expand sales opportunities.  Excellent German and English communication skills are required. 

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience selling physical products in the trades sector through distribution channels (B2B) - HVACR, power tooling, construction, electrical, electronics, and/or plumbing industry, has an affinity for complex, technical products.  You’re eager to travel up to 80% in your territory to meet with distributors and technicians to deliver presentations and training that drive sales.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
  • Demonstrate and communicate expert knowledge of Fieldpiece products and solutions.
  • Use CRM to track activity, pipeline status, and provide regular sales reporting.
  • Represent Fieldpiece at trade shows, demos, and industry events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer experience.
