Job Details

The AnewHealth Product Management Coordinator and Analyst is a support role within the product management discipline at AnewHealth with the responsibility for shepherding product initiatives through the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch to end-of-life. The role will provide information to internal stakeholders across the various business, technology and product teams related to the successful execution and delivery of key initiatives. Insights from the Product Management Coordinator and Analyst(s) will be used for managing the product team, for assuring work is focused on the highest priorities, for driving prompt progression of requests, and for showing accountability across the teams. Responsibilities relate to the administrative, operational and documentation needs of the product team and processes and may include:

Responsibilities

  • Documentation & Data Maintenance: Create and manage product documentation (e.g., BRDs / PRDs, release documents, product guides, product catalogs, product bill of materials, component libraries) and maintain product master data in internal systems like CRM, CMS or ERPs.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Serve as a central contact point with engineering, operations, growth, marketing, and support departments.

  • Backlog & Ticket Management: Track, update, and prioritize tasks and bugs in tools like JIRA, ensuring progression from entry to completion, capturing approvals from upstream and downstream stakeholders.

  • Product Launch Support: Aid with the coordination of product releases and launches, including preparing launch information, product training materials, and tracking project timelines.

  • Process Improvement: Streamline workflows to increase efficiency, such as automating tasks and finding bottlenecks in the product development lifecycle.

  • Data Analysis: Gather, interpret, and report on product performance data (KPIs) to aid in decision-making. 

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Organizational Skills: High-level ability to manage multiple projects, tasks, and deadlines simultaneously.

  • Tools Proficiency: Experience with product / project management tools (Jira), CRM systems (Salesforce), document sharing repositories (Confluence, Sharepoint) and standard back-office tools (Microsoft Office, specifically Excel/Sheets).

  • Communication: Strong people skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Technical Familiarity: A basic understanding of project management, product life cycle management, software development, data analysis and reporting.

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Science-related field (e.g., engineering or computer science), with 1-3 years of experience in product, project management, or operations. 

Typical Daily Activities

  • Updating ticket statuses in JIRA.

  • Reporting product management performance and SLAs.

  • Alignment of initiatives to proper allocations and expected ROI

  • Managing burndowns and project status

  • Facilitating accurate and committed release dates for use in internal / external roadmap development.

  • Preserving roadmap integrity within the context of a highly dynamic and ever-changing list of demands

  • Gathering feedback from customer support for the product team.

  • Organizing and attending sprint planning or demo meetings
     

Physicals/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to commute to multiple site locations within assigned territory. May be necessary to work extended hours as needed.

Schedule:  This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

Travel: Travel may be required for special organization or department events, department team meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other client engagements.
