Sr. Dynamics 365 Architect

Role Summary 

Cyclotron is seeking a Dynamics 365 Senior Architect to lead solution design, client engagement, and delivery for Dynamics 365 implementations. This role will serve both Cyclotron clients and internal teams, requiring both deep functional expertise and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership. 

Key Responsibilities 

Solution Design & Delivery 

• Lead functional design and configuration of Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service 

• Translate business requirements into scalable, best-practice Dynamics 365 solutions 

• General knowledge of the Power Platform, including: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio 

• Define system architecture, business processes, and configuration standards 

• Partner closely with Developers to ensure technical solutions align with functional design 

Client Engagement & Leadership 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including C-level and senior stakeholders 

• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs 

• Present solution designs, tradeoffs, and recommendations to executive audiences 

• Manage expectations, risks, and scope throughout the project lifecycle 

Training, Adoption & Enablement 

• Develop and deliver training for users with varying technical backgrounds 

• Support change management and user adoption strategies 

• Create documentation, playbooks, and operational guides 

Internal & Firm Contributions 

• Deliver new features and enhancements to Cyclotron’s internal Dynamics 365 Apps 

• Mentor junior resources and contribute to delivery standards 

• Assist with pre-sales activities, estimates, and solution scoping when needed 

Required Qualifications 

• 5+ years of Dynamics 365 consulting experience 

• Deep functional expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales Enterprise, Project Operations, and Customer Service 

• Proven experience driving Dynamics 365 implementations end-to-end, playing a role in: 

• Discovery: Requirements Gathering, Client-facing Workshops 

• Design: Functional Requirements Documentation, Backlog Building 

• Delivery: Dynamics 365 Customization & Configuration 

• Refinement: Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing, End User Training 

• Launch: Solution Deployment, Data Migration, User Setup, Day 1 Support 

• Strong understanding of business processes across sales, service, and project delivery, including industry standards and best practices 

• Experience working directly with executive leadership teams 

Preferred Certifications 

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant 

• Microsoft Power Platform certifications 

• Additional Microsoft or solution architecture certifications a plus

• Strong facilitation, presentation, and client-relationship skills 

• Able to balance hands-on configuration with strategic guidance
