Requirements:

Conduct outbound outreach calls to patients to assist with Medicaid enrollment or reapplication
Provide information and guidance to patients throughout the enrollment process, including help with required documentation
Maintain a compliant, patient-centered approach by avoiding solicitation of monetary assets and focusing on helping patients obtain coverage
Collaborate with the Enrollment Outreach Services team to meet enrollment goals and support reductions in patients' medical expenses

Title: Outreach Representative

Hourly Rate: $20/hour

Our dedicated Enrollment Outreach Services team plays a crucial role in this process by reaching out to patients to facilitate the application or reapplication for coverage – and that's where your expertise comes in!

We are seeking dedicated and courteous professionals to join our team, focusing on targeted outreach efforts. The primary goal is to provide information and assistance to patients, guiding them through the enrollment process for healthcare coverage. It's important to note that our team does not engage in soliciting any monetary assets during calls; instead, we are committed to helping patients secure valuable healthcare coverage, leading to significant reductions in their medical expenses.

Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate:

- Expert fluency in both English and Spanish

- Access to a computer with reliable audio/microphone functionality and a stable internet connection

- Comfort and experience with cold-calling/outbound calls
