We’re seeking a sharp and reliable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our leadership team. In this role, you'll be at the center of planning, organization, and communication—helping to keep projects on track and leaders focused on what matters most. Salary Range:  starts at PHP 70,000.00 per month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Key Responsibilities:

Personal & Executive Support

• Handle personal errands, appointments, and lifestyle management with exceptional attention to detail
• Research and source services/products with persistence - explore multiple avenues before reporting limitations
• Coordinate household tasks and vendor relationships proactively

• Maintain and optimize personal calendars with proactive conflict resolution
• Manage up effectively - provide regular updates, ask clarifying questions, and communicate progress daily
• Screen communications professionally and serve as the primary liaison via phone, email, and other communication channels 
• Coordinate complex meetings (virtual, in-person, cross-functional), organize agendas, gather materials, and take minutes
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items and maintain tracking systems for ongoing projects

• Anticipate all travel needs, including meals, accommodations, and personal care arrangements
• Create comprehensive itineraries with contingency planning
• Proactively arrange amenities like room service and local services

• Manage key projects by tracking deadlines, ensuring deliverables are met, and coordinating team involvement
• Prioritize tasks across multiple executives, ensuring objectives are met in a timely and organized manner

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives
• Excellent organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated comfort in joining and facilitating live calls, in addition to communicating through Slack, email, and other written channels 
• Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Slack) and project management tools
• Proactive mindset with ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and handle confidential information with discretion

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
• Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple demands
• Previous experience in managing senior-level executive schedules and coordinating cross-departmental efforts is highly valued
