Email Marketing Operations Lead

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about email marketing? We’re looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help manage campaigns from start to finish. In this role, you’ll coordinate tasks across teams, ensure campaigns are accurate and high-quality, and keep projects running smoothly—all while working EST time zone hours. Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 80,000 per month

Responsibilities

Email Marketing

• Build, test, and send campaigns in Mailchimp

• Design email visuals using Canva

• Perform full QA before every send:

  • Test all links

  • Verify copy, segmentation, and audiences

  • Proofread for errors

  • Check formatting across devices

• Support automations and workflows

• Monitor performance and suggest improvements

Project Operations

• Own project management tools and update statuses daily

• Track deadlines and prevent bottlenecks

• Follow up on assets and approvals

• Maintain clear documentation and internal communication

• Ensure nothing falls through the cracks

Client Communication

• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients

• Provide proactive updates and next steps

• Ask clarifying questions to avoid misalignment

Requirements

• Experience in email marketing (Mailchimp or other ESPs)

• Strong understanding of Mailchimp (segmentation is a plus)

• Canva skills (portfolio required)

• Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

• Strong attention to detail 

• Highly organized and self-directed

• Clear written and verbal communication

• Ownership mindset and problem-solving attitude
