Requirements:

  • Build, test, and send email campaigns in Mailchimp; design email visuals using Canva; perform full QA before every send: test all links, verify copy, segmentation, and audiences, proofread for errors, and check formatting across devices
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements; support automations and workflows
  • Own project management tools and update statuses daily; track deadlines and prevent bottlenecks; follow up on assets and approvals; maintain clear documentation and internal communication; ensure nothing falls through the cracks
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients; provide proactive updates and next steps; ask clarifying questions to avoid misalignment

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about email marketing? We’re looking for an Email Marketing Coordinator to join our team and help manage campaigns from start to finish. In this role, you’ll coordinate tasks across teams, ensure campaigns are accurate and high-quality, and keep projects running smoothly—all while working EST time zone hours. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills, work with multiple tools, and make a real impact on marketing success.

Salary Range:  PHP 70,000 - 80,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Responsibilities

Email Marketing
