Recruiter (Remote - El Salvador)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, from 5:00am to 3:00pm (or 4:00am to 2:00pm)

The ideal candidate will have strong social skills and excellent organizational abilities. He/she should be familiar with developing recruitment marketing strategies that effectively attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

• Talent acquisition – Post jobs and ads in select locations.
• Gather interview feedback and communicate with applicants during and after the interview process.
• Administrative duties – Schedule interviews, Perform other duties related to the tasks above as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in directly related field
• A year of direct recruiting experience
• Excellent time management abilities and a proven ability to meet deadlines
