  • Design visually compelling, responsive email templates and campaigns within Dot-digital and other platforms, supporting promotions, launches, newsletters, and lifecycle programs
  • Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into engaging email templates, layouts, creative concepts, and modular design systems that align with brand guidelines
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all email communications, including typography, color, layout, imagery, and tone; QA emails across major inboxes, browsers, and devices
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, Growth, and operations teams to execute campaigns on schedule; contribute to reusable templates and design systems; iterate on designs based on performance metrics

What we are looking for - Paper Street Media, LLC is hiring for a FULL-TIME Email Designer. The primary role of the Email Designer will be responsible for bringing email marketing campaigns to life through high-quality, on-brand design execution. This role focuses on designing responsive, engaging email experiences using Dot-digital, supporting promotional campaigns, studio launches, lifecycle communications, and ongoing marketing initiatives. This job is a REMOTE position.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design visually compelling, responsive email templates and campaigns within Dot-digital and other platforms, supporting promotions, launches, newsletters, and lifecycle programs.
  • Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into engaging email templates layouts, creative concepts, and modular design systems that align with brand guidelines.
  • Ensure consistent brand expression across all email communications, including typography, color, layout, imagery, and tone.
  • Partner closely with marketing, creative, Growth, and operations teams to execute campaigns efficiently and on schedule.
  • QA emails across major inboxes, browsers, and devices to ensure visual accuracy, functionality, and compliance with best practices.
  • Contribute to the evolution of reusable email templates, modules, and component libraries to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
  • Iterate on designs based on campaign performance, feedback, and insights (CTR, engagement, conversions).
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Must Haves:

  • 3–5 years of experience in digital design.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Dot-digital or similar Email Service Providers (ESPs).
  • Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of responsive email design and UX best practices.
  • Experience in e-commerce and email marketing, with an understanding of conversion-driven design and copy best practices.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
  • Fluent in English (native or near-native proficiency).

Nice To Haves:

  • HTML/CSS knowledge for email design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with dynamic content, personalization, and marketing automation.
  • Familiarity with email performance metrics (CTR, engagement, Open Rate, conversions).
  • Experience designing both promotional and lifecycle email campaigns.
  • Experience working within brand systems or design guidelines.
