Roles & Responsibilities

  • 3+ years of technical project management experience in SaaS, AdTech, or technical implementation environments; PMP or Scrum Master certification a plus.
  • Strong contract literacy with ability to read MSA/SOWs, translate milestones into Jira tickets, and enforce scope against creep.
  • Technical fluency with APIs, data feeds, and dashboards, with the ability to bridge technical and business teams; coding is not required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related technical fields; must have time zone flexibility to coordinate with global teams.

Requirements:

  • Orchestrate the Trial-to-Contract lifecycle by owning the master schedule for high-value customer trials and ensuring client and FDE milestones are met to secure the win.
  • Govern scope integrity by acting as the operational guardian of the Master Service Agreement (MSA), ensuring technical deliverables map 1:1 to the contract and flagging out-of-scope requests to prevent scope creep.
  • Manage SOW delivery by ensuring the SOW is scoped, written, and signed by the client as the official Definition of Done.
  • Protect the FDE's flow by scheduling meetings, tracking action items, and chasing the client for data access so the FDE can focus on architecture.

About the Role

Pixalate is the market-leading fraud protection, privacy, and compliance analytics platform for Connected TV (CTV) and Mobile Advertising. We work 24/7 to guard our clients' reputations and grow their media value.

We are looking for an Onboarding Project Manager to serve as the "Operational Air Traffic Controller" for our Forward Deployment Engineering (FDE) team.

In this role, you are not just checking boxes; you are the Engine of Execution for our most critical customer integrations. While our FDEs architect the technical solutions to solve the "Last Mile" gap, YOU own the timeline, the momentum, and the governance. 

What You’ll Do

  • Orchestrate the "Trial-to-Contract" Lifecycle: Own the master schedule for high-value Customer Trials. You manage the timeline, ensuring that both the Client and the FDE team hit their milestones to secure the win.
  • Governance & Scope Integrity: Operational guardian of the Master Service Agreement (MSA). You ensure that the technical deliverables map 1:1 to the contract. If a client asks for features outside the agreed scope, you flag it immediately to prevent invisible scope creep.
  • Manage SOW Delivery: Ensure this SOW is scoped, written, and signed off by the client as the official "Definition of Done."
  • Protect the FDE’s Flow: Schedule the meetings, track the action items, and chase the client for data access—so the FDE can focus purely on the architecture.
  • Stakeholder Management (The "Nudge" Role): Hold the client’s engineering and business teams accountable to the agreed-upon timeline without damaging the relationship.
  • Resource Forecasting: Help leadership understand capacity. 

What You Bring

  • The "Finisher" Mindset: If a meeting ends without clear Next Steps and Owners, it physically bothers you.
  • Contract Literacy: You can read an MSA or SOW and understand the difference between "Best Efforts" and "Guaranteed Delivery." You know how to translate legal milestones into Jira tickets and hold teams accountable to them.
  • 3+ Years of Technical Project Management: Experience in SaaS, AdTech, or Technical Implementation environments. PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Technical Fluency: You don't need to code, but you must understand the difference between an API, a Data Feed, and a Dashboard. 
  • Commercial Instinct: You understand that this is a Sales environment. The goal isn't just "Project Complete"; the goal is "Revenue Realized."
  • Tool Mastery: You live in Jira, Asana, or Excel. You can turn a chaotic email thread into a clean Gantt chart in 10 minutes.

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
  • Fields of Study: Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or other relevant technical fields.

Other Requirements

  • Time Zone Flexibility: You must be willing to accommodate early morning or late evening calls to align with global engineering teams and clients across US, EMEA, and APAC time zones.
  • High-Volume Multitasking: Ability to manage 10+ active customer integrations simultaneously without losing track of details.
  • Writing Samples: You may be asked to provide examples of project plans, status reports, or SOWs you have authored in the past.
  • AdTech Knowledge: A foundational understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem (DSP, SSP, Ad Server) is highly preferred.
