3-5+ years of marketing execution experience, preferably at a startup or fast-paced SaaS company.
Strong experience with AI-powered marketing tools and a track record of automating and optimizing campaigns.
Proven success launching cold-to-conversion campaigns from scratch across outbound channels (Instantly, Klaviyo, SendPotion).
Creative thinker and strong writer with ability to produce on-brand content quickly; experience with Figma for light design; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
Requirements:
Execute AI-powered outbound campaigns using tools like Instantly, Klaviyo, and SendPotion; plan and manage campaign workflows including audience segmentation, messaging, tools, and results.
Launch and optimize cold outbound email campaigns; deploy hyper-personalized AI video campaigns and continuously enhance the stack with new tools.
Own funnel performance metrics (open rates, replies, clicks, booked demos, activations) and conduct weekly A/B testing of messaging, cadence, and formats (voice, video, email).

What You’ll Do
AI-Powered Campaign Execution
Run outbound campaigns with tools like Instantly, Klayvio and SendPotion—our AI video platform.
Launch and manage cold outbound email campaigns using Instantly/Klaviyo
Plan, launch and manage all aspects of the campaign including campaign plans of audience segmentation, creative messaging, tools management and results.
Organize campaign workflows, ideas, and assets.
Deploy hyper-personalized AI video campaigns using platforms like SendPotion
Personalize outreach at scale using tools like AI scripting and video voiceover tools—and bring new tools into the stack regularly
Funnel Performance & Optimization
Own your metrics: open rates, replies, clicks, booked demos, and activations
A/B test messaging, cadence, and formats weekly voice, video, and email
Collaborate with the Brand & UX team for fast-turn creative assets and campaign-ready visuals
Maintain reporting dashboards and share weekly insight on what’s working and what’s not
You’re the Right Fit If You:
Have 3-5+ years of experience in marketing execution, preferably at a startup or fast-paced SaaS company.

Strong experience in:
Instantly, SendPotion, or similar cold outbound tools.
Klaviyo (or similar) for email marketing.
Figma for light creative work.
High output, self-motivated, structured thinker. You execute without hand-holding.
Comfortable working remotely, with a small, fast-moving team.
