Roles & Responsibilities

  • Licensed attorney in the applicable state(s) where the candidate will practice (NY, NJ, MD, PA, DE, NC, SC, VA or DC)
  • Proven track record of contributing at least $350,000 in annual profitable book of business to a law firm
  • Extensive experience at the partner level in litigation with leadership and business development capabilities
  • Strong client-relations and business development skills with ability to attract and retain high-value clients

Requirements:

  • Manage and oversee complex litigation matters for clients, including strategy development, case management, and courtroom advocacy
  • Develop and grow the firm's book of business by attracting new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients
  • Lead and mentor associates and support staff, supervise discovery and trial teams, and ensure high-quality legal work
  • Collaborate with other practice groups to provide integrated dispute resolution and corporate legal services

SEEKING: Experienced Litigation Law Partner

SALARY $400K - $850K

Yearly bonus offered potentially equating to $1M annually 

Must be able to contribute at least $350K of profitable business to the firm
