  • Licensed to practice law in the state you apply to work in (e.g., NY, NJ, MD, PA, DE, NC, SC, VA, or DC).
  • Must bring at least $350,000 in profitable book of business to the firm.
  • Seasoned litigation partner with a proven ability to lead complex matters and manage client relationships.
  • Strong business development and client relationship skills to grow firm revenue.

Requirements:

  • Provide strategic corporate legal counsel to clients on entity formation, financing rounds, and asset transactions.
  • Lead and manage complex litigation matters for corporate clients with a pragmatic, results-driven approach.
  • Generate and maintain a profitable book of business, contributing at least $350,000 as required.
  • Collaborate within a team-oriented, communicative environment to deliver clear guidance and effective legal solutions.

Job description

SEEKING: Experienced Litigation Law Partner

SALARY $400K - $850K

Yearly bonus offered potentially equating to $1M annually 

Must be able to contribute at least $350K of profitable business to the firm
