  • Serve as the principal attorney for labor and employment matters, managing key client relationships and significant deals
  • Draft, negotiate, and advise on offer letters, employment agreements, separation and severance agreements, and employee handbooks
  • Represent employers before state and federal courts and administrative agencies (e.g., NLRB, EEOC, DOL)
  • Stay current on labor and employment law developments and contribute to firm growth, including leading seminars and client updates

Seeking Lateral Partner in Labor & Employment Law Division

MUST CURRENTLY WORK AT A LAW FIRM

Starting salary - $225K

A yearly bonus is offered that potentially equates to 1M annually

Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm

We are looking to add an attorney to our phenomenal existing Labor and Employment law team who will be the principal attorney and have the opportunity to learn how to run and grow with a successful firm.
