  • Serve as the principal attorney in the Education & Student Rights Law team, managing and overseeing deals and key client relationships.
  • Represent students in kindergarten through 12th grade, special education, and higher education matters.
  • Contribute to firm growth by leveraging a $400K+ book of business and participating in business development.
  • Collaborate with a multi-state Education & Student Rights practice across New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Washington, D.C., and help run and grow the practice.

Seeking Lateral Partner in Education & Student Rights Law Division
 

MUST CURRENTLY WORK AT A LAW FIRM

Starting salary - $225K

A yearly bonus is offered that potentially equates to 1M annually

Must be able to contribute at least 400K of profitable business to the firm

MUST BE LICENSED IN THE STATE THEY APPLY TO WORK IN

We are looking to add an attorney to our phenomenal existing Education and student rights law team who will be the principal attorney and have the opportunity to learn how to run and grow with a successful firm.

Our attorneys from New York to South Carolina are highly skilled advocates for students facing accusations that put their education and future at risk. We represent students in kindergarten through 12th grade, students in all levels of special education, and students in higher education.
