Requirements:

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and provide oral advocacy in bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, collection, and civil litigation matters
Manage a high-volume caseload with strong organizational skills and timely client communications
Represent clients in hearings and court appearances across Pennsylvania; travel to required onsite meetings as needed
Negotiate with opposing counsel and assess legal and regulatory risks to develop favorable resolutions for clients

Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney
Location: (Remote with Hybrid Component)
Work Model: Fully remote, with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings
