Job Title: Senior Associate Attorney
Location:  (Remote with Hybrid Component)
Work Model: Fully remote, with occasional court appearances and onsite meetings
Salary: $90,000 annually

Must-Haves

• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania (PA)

• Ability to travel to various courts within PA for hearings, appearances, and required onsite meetings

Required Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, and oral communication skills

• Ability to handle high-volume caseloads

• Strong ability to analyze legal and regulatory risks

• Effective negotiation skills with opposing counsel

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Outstanding time management and organizational abilities

Preferred Skills

• Licensed in multiple states such as GA, SC, TN, FL, VA, MD, MI, OH or UBE passage

• Experience in:

  • Creditors’ Rights law

  • Bankruptcy

  • Collection law

  • Civil litigation

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in bankruptcy, collection, or civil litigation

Education Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in PA
