Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and submit insurance claims using Open Dental software.

• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.

• Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to inquiries from patients and insurance companies.

• Maintain and update patient billing records.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Medical Biller, preferably in a dental practice.

• Proficiency in Open Dental software is a must.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of dental billing codes and procedures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
