Role Overview We are seeking a Nurse with experience in clinical trials and patient recruitment to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting clinical research operations, ensuring patient safety, and driving successful recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities • Support clinical trial activities in compliance with protocols and regulatory standards. • Conduct patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment for ongoing studies. • Provide education and engagement to patients to ensure adherence and retention. • Maintain accurate documentation and patient records. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow and communication. • Ensure ethical and professional standards in all patient interactions.
Qualifications • Licensed Nurse (RN, BSN, or equivalent). • Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical trials. • Proven track record in patient recruitment and engagement. • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred). • Ability to work independently in a remote environment. • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
