Project Management Associate : Sri Lanka (Remote)

We’re looking for a full-time Project Management Associate to support and drive execution across research, feasibility, and delivery initiatives. In this role, you’ll help take ideas from early exploration through pilots and operational rollout, while owning documentation, coordination, tracking, and follow-through to ensure work progresses reliably and transparently.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own assigned project initiatives from intake through execution, tracking, and close-out, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are met.
• Conduct structured research and feasibility assessments to support project, operational, or process-improvement initiatives, using defined criteria and frameworks.
• Translate ambiguous inputs into clear requirements, task breakdowns, timelines, and execution plans that enable teams to move forward efficiently.
• Coordinate pilots, tests, or phased rollouts; track outcomes against defined metrics; and summarize learnings and recommendations.
• Support launch and post-launch activities where relevant, including documentation updates, process refinement, and handover.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment, smooth execution, and timely resolution of risks or dependencies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project tracking in work-management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar).
• Produce clear, structured documentation including research briefs, feasibility notes, SOPs, templates, and decision logs to support consistency and reuse.
• Identify execution gaps or inefficiencies and contribute practical suggestions to improve project workflows and operational standards.

Expected Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in project execution, operations, product operations, or research-driven roles, ideally within service-based, tech-enabled, or fast-moving environments.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of tasks or initiatives and drive them from definition through completion, with minimal supervision.
• Proven execution and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, track details, and follow work through to completion.
• Excellent written communication skills, with experience producing structured documents such as briefs, reports, SOPs, or summaries.
• Familiarity with project management or work-tracking tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar) and maintaining accurate status updates.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders while staying accountable.
• Experience working in remote or distributed teams is a plus, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience in healthcare, AI/ML products, B2B SaaS, or innovation/R&D programs.

Work Hours & Expectations:

• Since BizyCorp serves International Clients, the role requires flexibility within a specific time frame.
• Work Schedule Commitment:  Since we are 100% virtual, we can create a flexible work schedule for 4 hours during the day and 4 hours at night.
• Note: Working 8 hours a day is a must. (The schedule is to be decided based on the requirements of the role and the company policies)
• You must work additional hours based on requirements (if needed only).
• This schedule may require adjusting your daily routine, so consider your comfort with late-night work.
