  • Monitor billing, account health, and Google ID verification issues; implement device/location bid adjustments
  • Build and update monthly Looker Studio dashboards; verify leads via CallTrackingMetrics and Wufoo; log changes in the internal campaign tracker

Junior Google Ads Specialist

(Healthcare / Dental Accounts)

Work from Home

Proactive, results-oriented Google Ads expert needed to fully own and scale Search campaigns for multiple dental/medical practices in the US and other English-speaking markets. Heavy emphasis on driving high-quality patient phone calls and inquiries while consistently hitting (or beating) client KPIs.
A self-starter who lives in the search-term report, loves optimizing for phone calls in regulated healthcare verticals, and treats every client account like their own business. Remote role with client communication and EST availability required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily hands-on management & optimization of Google Ads accounts (ads, keywords, search terms, negatives, budgets, conversions)
  • Regular search-term report reviews → add/exclude keywords for tighter targeting
  • Monitor billing, account health, and Google ID verification issues
  • Device & location bid adjustments
  • Build and update monthly Looker Studio performance dashboards
  • Verify leads: review calls in CallTrackingMetrics + form submissions (Wufoo when used)
  • Reset monthly budgets and experiment with bid strategies
  • Log every change in the internal campaign tracker
  • Hit KPIs focused on call volume, lead quality, and cost-per-acquisition
  • Occasional client-facing calls and Google support meetings


Requirements

  • Google Search Ads knowledge (keyword strategy, Quality Score, bidding, conversion tracking)
  • Current Google Ads Certification (Added advantage) 
  • Fluent English (written & spoken)
  • Must be able to work independently and take full ownership of results
  • Available at least 4–5 hours overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) office hours
  • No heavy reliance on AI tools for strategy, ad copy, or decisions — must use own expertise and judgment

Preferred Skills

  • GA4 experience
  • Looker Studio reporting skills
  • Familiarity with CallTrackingMetrics, Google Tag Manager, Wufoo
  • Previous client-facing experience with US, UK, AU, CA, etc. clients
