Roles & Responsibilities

  • Technical proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting and data analysis), PowerPoint (executive presentation development), and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise IT governance structures.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business discipline or equivalent plus 10 years of experience; eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • Experience coordinating or supporting Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance processes and incident management.

Requirements:

  • Produce executive-level dashboards and platform health reporting with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage incident workflows to proactively prevent SLA breaches.
  • Support agile delivery frameworks, including participation in daily scrums, sprint tracking, and Jira coordination.
  • Coordinate Change Management activities, including preparation for and communication with Change Advisory Boards (CAB).

Responsibilities:
  • Produce executive-level dashboards and platform health reporting with high accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor and manage incident workflows to proactively prevent SLA breaches.
  • Support agile delivery frameworks, including participation in daily scrums, sprint tracking, and Jira coordination.
  • Manage intake and request workflows within ServiceNow (RITMs, SCTASKs, ticket lifecycle oversight).
  • Coordinate Change Management activities, including preparation for and communication with Change Advisory Boards (CAB).
  • Generate recurring operational reporting from ServiceNow and related enterprise systems.
  • Maintain and report on certificate lifecycle management processes (e.g., Venafi or comparable tools).
  • Support and facilitate Communities of Practice through collaboration platforms such as SharePoint, newsletters, and workshops.
  • Prepare quarterly usage, performance, and trend reports for leadership review.
  • Serve as an effective liaison between technical engineering teams and business stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency required in ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Microsoft Excel (advanced reporting and data analysis), PowerPoint (executive presentation development) and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise IT governance structures.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent operational workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ITIL Foundation certification or Agile certification (CSM preferred).

  • Experience supporting enterprise monitoring platforms (e.g., Splunk).

  • Familiarity with certificate lifecycle management tools such as Venafi.

  • Experience coordinating or supporting Change Advisory Board (CAB) governance processes.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business dicipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
  • Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

 

Clearance: 

  • The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

 

Location:

  • Remote, USA.
  • Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST).

 

Pay Range:

  • The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $65,500.
  • The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
  • Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
