Requirements:

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels, manage budgets, and achieve CAC/ROAS targets
  • Build and manage audience targeting strategies (lookalikes, retargeting, interest-based segments) and collaborate with creative team on ad concepts and testing
  • Design and implement structured creative testing frameworks (hook/CTA/format tests) and manage attribution/measurement with product/engineering on tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance and downstream metrics (retention, revenue), scale successful campaigns, and maintain rapid testing velocity

About the Role

We’re seeking someone who will be responsible for acquiring users profitably at scale. This role will own paid acquisition across platforms, manage budgets, optimize campaigns in real-time, and work closely with our creative and lifecycle teams to build a UA engine that compounds.

What You'll do

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Twitter/X, Apple Search Ads, and emerging channels

  • Own CAC targets and ROAS goals β€” you're accountable for efficient spend

  • Build and manage audience targeting strategies including lookalikes, retargeting, and interest-based segments

  • Collaborate daily with the video creator and creative team on ad concepts, testing new hooks, formats, and angles

  • Design and execute structured creative testing frameworks (hook tests, CTA tests, format tests)

  • Manage attribution and measurement, working with product/engineering on tracking infrastructure

  • Analyze campaign performance, cohort quality, and downstream metrics (not just installs β€” retention, revenue)

  • Scale what works, kill what doesn't, and maintain a testing velocity that keeps us ahead

What You Bring

  • Experience running performance marketing / UA campaigns for consumer apps

  • Proven track record of managing $500K+ monthly budgets profitably

  • Deep platform expertise in at least 2 of: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Apple Search Ads

  • Strong quantitative skills β€” you live in dashboards, understand attribution models, and can do LTV/CAC math in your sleep

  • Experience working with creative teams in a high-velocity testing environment

  • Familiarity with MMPs (Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch) and analytics tools

Bonus Points

  • Experience in crypto, gaming, or fintech UA where regulatory/platform restrictions add complexity
