What you'll do...:
As the Group Product Manager, Product Analytics & Experimentation, you will provide strategic and people leadership for our analytics and experimentation capability across Digital Consumer Tax Products. You will be accountable for scaling experimentation rigor, analytics standards, and insight-driven decision-making across multiple product teams, while directly leading managers and senior practitioners within the discipline.
This role bridges hands-on domain expertise with organizational leadership. You will define the multi-year vision and operating model for experimentation and analytics, ensure data fidelity and trust, and embed these capabilities deeply into product discovery, delivery, and optimization workflows. Your leadership will make experimentation and analytics a durable competitive advantage and a core engine of product growth.
Day to day, you'll...
- Set strategy and vision for Product Analytics & Experimentation across a portfolio of Digital Consumer Tax products, aligning to enterprise objectives and product strategy
- Lead and develop a team of managers and senior ICs, providing clear direction, coaching, and growth paths while setting a high bar for execution and impact
- Establish and scale enterprise standards for experimentation design, Adobe Analytics tagging, validation, and data governance to ensure trusted, actionable insights
- Own the experimentation roadmap across product lines, ensuring prioritization balances learning velocity, customer impact, and business outcomes
- Partner deeply with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Risk to integrate analytics and experimentation into roadmaps, discovery, and delivery workflows
- Champion tooling and platform decisions (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, AEP, CJA), ensuring scalability, efficiency, and operational excellence
- Create clarity and alignment through documentation, operating norms, and communication that enable teams to confidently design, execute, and interpret experiments
- Present insights, recommendations, and risks to senior leadership, translating complex data into clear narratives that inform strategy and investment decisions
- Model and reinforce a culture of learning, curiosity, and evidence-based decision-making across the product organization
What you'll bring to the team...:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in product analytics, experimentation, product management, or related disciplines
- Demonstrated success leading teams and managers, not just individual execution
- Proven ability to leverage digital analytics and experimentation to drive product decisions in complex or regulated environments

- Experience defining and scaling processes, standards, and operating models across multiple teams
- Exceptional ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Strong executive communication skills with experience influencing senior leaders
- Deep technical intuition paired with a pragmatic, outcome-oriented mindset
- Comfort operating at both strategic altitude and execution detail
- Passion for coaching, developing talent, and building high-performing teams
It would be even better if you also had...:
- Experience working in highly regulated environments with close partnership across Risk and Compliance
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, and product development best practices at scale
