The AI Product Manager is responsible for driving the success of AI-powered solutions across the Origami product platforms. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, operating as both a player and a coach depending on the needs of each AI initiative. The AI Product Manager owns the delivery of the AI apparatus—systems, capabilities, and tooling that enable the broader organization to build AI solutions that deliver measurable business value and create meaningful client impact.
For each AI capability, the AI Product Manager collaborates with leadership to determine whether to directly build the solution or to enable and support others in doing so. In addition to executing and guiding AI feature development, the role is responsible for establishing frameworks for responsible AI usage, ensuring ethical design, compliance, and transparency. The AI Product Manager also champions internal education around AI concepts, tools, and methodologies to help the broader product organization confidently integrate AI into their solutions. This role additionally drives best practices around AI cost management —- maintaining awareness of internal AI costs, understanding cost drivers for each feature, managing the AI product catalog, and enabling Product Managers to make informed decisions about cost structures and long-term cost trends. As a strategic advisor, the AI Product Manager stays ahead of the rapidly evolving AI landscape to inform product strategy and recommend enhancements to AI development and deployment processes.
The role emphasizes incremental value delivery while positioning the organization for long-term innovation. Over time, responsibilities may expand to include building and leading a team of AI Product Analysts, ensuring scalable and sustainable AI innovation within the organization.
Starting base pay for this role is between $120,000 and $145,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as transferable skills, work experience, business needs, training, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role will be eligible for a bonus as well as competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits, wellness reimbursement, life insurance, and a 401(k) with company match. We offer vacation and sick leave benefits (under a flexible time off policy in most states).
