You’ll work in a small, experienced engineering setup with daily standups and close collaboration with product and development teams.
Designing and evolving AWS infrastructure (ECS, RDS, VPC, S3, WAF, CloudFront, Cognito, API Gateway, etc.)
Building and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform / Terragrunt
Designing and improving GitLab CI/CD pipelines
Improving observability (CloudWatch, Datadog)
Acting as infrastructure partner for development teams
Proposing architectural improvements aligned with compliance and business needs
Currently, part of the team operates in maintainer mode - but the goal is clear: automate and reduce repetitive operational work.
AWS (ECS, RDS, CloudFront, WAF, VPC, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, AWS Backup, ElastiCache, Route53, Cognito, API Gateway)
Terraform / Terragrunt
GitLab CI/CD
Datadog
Strong hands-on AWS experience (multiple services, real production exposure)
Solid Terraform experience (Terragrunt is a plus)
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
At least 5 years in Infrastructure / DevOps / SRE roles
High ownership, strong communication, transparency
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., PCI-DSS)
Exposure to platform engineering concepts
Experience with Datadog, Snowflake, Kafka
Ability to write production-level code in at least one language
Communicate openly and early when something blocks you
Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions
Care about long-term maintainability over quick fixes
Can operate in multiple contexts and prioritize wisely
You will shape platform standards from the ground up.
You will work in a regulated AWS environment (PCI-DSS) — rare and technically demanding.
You’ll influence architecture, not just execute tickets.
You’ll help transition the organization toward a modern platform model.
You’ll have room to experiment - within safe compliance boundaries.
This is a role for someone who wants to build systems that make other engineers faster.
