Requirements:
Provide Level 2 and 3 support for application integrations and troubleshoot connections to Applications and integrations
Administer and support backend in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure; assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts
Install application client tools on VDI images/pools and configure applications with SAML/SSO; manage load balancing configurations
Maintain licenses and key secrets in vault; ensure STIGs and CDRL documentation are maintained
Job description
Position: Application Support Engineer
100% Remote
The team is responsible for supporting the sustainment of Applications/Services providing the backend administration and support in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Assist in defining requirements, designing and building data center technology components and testing efforts.
Familiarity with ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, CyberArk, VMWare/Horizon is preferred
Installing Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools
Troubleshooting connections to Applications and integrations
Load Balancing Configuration for Applications
Application configuration with SAML/SSO Authentication
Provides Level 2 and 3 support for related integration issues
Creates a management plan, validates sizing, and forecasted sizing
Maintains licenses and key secrets in vault
STIGs and CDRL Documentation
Skills:
Windows and Linux Environment
Administration and configuration of ALM Octane, UFT, LoadRunner, Dynatrace, ReadyAPI, VMWare/Horizon is preferred
Installing Application client tools on VDI Images/Pools
