Required Qualifications and Experience

  • 8–10 years of experience in capital markets, with strong exposure to electronic trading, order management, or execution management systems.
  • Hands-on experience in designing or implementing trading platforms for equities, fixed income, or derivatives at an investment bank, broker-dealer, or leading vendor.
  • Strong understanding of front-office trading workflows (order lifecycle, routing, execution, allocations) and related middle/back-office touchpoints.
  • Solid knowledge of capital markets regulations impacting trading platforms in major jurisdictions (e.g., best execution, trade reporting, surveillance concepts).
  • Proven experience working with technology teams on system design, integrations (FIX, APIs), and performance/non-functional requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality artefacts: target operating models, process maps, use cases, functional specs, and architecture overviews.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured approach to assessing current state and designing future state.
  • Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal), including experience presenting to senior leadership.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $76.79/hour to $84.44 . This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life, and AD&D insurance, short-and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally required benefits.
