The Role
We're looking for a driven Recruiter to help scale our growing team. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process—sourcing, screening, and closing top talent across go-to-market, product, and technical functions. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, move fast, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This is a high-impact role where you'll directly shape the team that's building the future of the creator economy.
Responsibilities Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles from job intake to offer acceptanceSource passive candidates through LinkedIn, creative outreach, and talent networksPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview processes, and evaluation criteriaScreen candidates and conduct structured interviews to assess skills, culture fit, and potentialManage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring timely communication and a strong candidate experienceAnalyze recruiting metrics and use data to identify bottlenecks and improve processesHelp build #paid's employer brand through job posts, social content, and referral programsCollaborate on onboarding, compensation benchmarking, and workforce planningWork closely with new hiring managers through to C-suite and leadership teams, training and guiding them on effective hiring practicesDevelop, update, and deliver training resources to support hiring managers across the organizationStay up to date on hiring best practices and industry trends, bringing forward recommendations to continuously improve our approachTo be successful, you'll need to Move fast without sacrificing quality—you thrive in ambiguity and know how to prioritizeBuild genuine relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders alikeBe data-informed and you track what matters and use metrics to make decisionsCommunicate clearly and proactively, keeping all parties aligned throughout the processAdapt your approach for different functions Champion an inclusive hiring process that reduces bias and broadens the talent poolAbout you 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced startup or tech environmentProven track record closing competitive roles across sales, marketing, or technical teamsStrong communicator—written and verbal—with a high bar for candidate experienceComfortable working independently in a remote-first environment across EST time zonesExperience recruiting in Canada and the USWhy #paidWe are a group of passionate and thoughtful people working together to fundamentally change the way brands are built while empowering creators to make a living doing what they loveWe are growing quickly!
